Welcome at Stanphil

In 1955, Stanislas COURTENS, Architect and Expert Real Estate, creates an office of Expertises in Brussels, whose mission developed primarily around the residential habitat. He gives the mission of Expert of Real Estate all the criteria of rigour and probity. He works in a spirit of independence, deontology and services to the customer.

In 1980 his son Philippe becomes his collaborator and in 1992 they join to create the Office of Expertise and Survey "STANPHIL s.a.". Since 1995 the Management of the Office is entirely ensured by Philippe Courtens.

Their daily objectives are to reinforce competences, the reputation, the service and the qualitative recognition of the missions which are entrusted to them.

Today, the missions of expertises, assigned to the office assigns develop around several large axes:
