The drawing up of our reports allows the possible buyer of real estate to acquire a precise idea of the value of a building, he's intending to purchase. It also allows the salesman to know as precise as possible, the value of its estate before selling it on the property market and thereby the obtaining of the correct price.

In the property operations, the speed of the information is a guarantee of success, for this reason our office links itself to hand over the reports within the three working days after visit of an estate, for as far we are in possession of all information the applicant had to provide us with.
